Our experienced Chartered Surveyors have a wealth of experience in preparing Valuation Reinstatement Costs.  These costs can be requested to ensure your property is adequately insured.  The process involves calculating the total cost to rebuild a property should it be completely destroyed.

Marsh and Riddell have a wealth of experience in assisting contractors in preparing builders quantities measurements for competitive tendering purposes as well as obtaining sub-contractor and material quotations and putting together tenders on the behalf of contractors tendering for a project.
